A message from Doug Dyer

Introducing Trinity Private Wealth.

I have some exciting news to share, and I would rather you hear it from me directly. Beginning January 1, 2027, we will officially begin doing business as Trinity Private Wealth. I recorded a short video to tell you why we're taking this step and what it means for you, and I hope you'll take a few minutes to watch it.

First, I want you to know that I have no desire to retire. I've been blessed to do work I love for three decades, and legacy is important to me, as I know it is to many of you. I will continue to lead the firm. Natalie Chandler is by my side as a partner, and my son, Cody, has come into the business. I want them to carry that legacy on, and I want them to do it right beside me.

A new chapter.

After more than 30 years as an active Partner at RPOA Advisors, Inc., I'm beginning a new chapter, and I'm very excited about it. I want to thank Ken Moraif, my business partner for all these years. I joined him in 1996, and we have grown to be very good friends, even outside of the business we have shared. I'm grateful to him for that opportunity. I'm proud of what we've built, and even more proud of what I want to continue to build with Trinity Private Wealth.

How we chose the name.

You may wonder how we chose the name. Many people hear the word Trinity and think of faith, and my faith is important to me. When I carry that idea into business, I think about faith, love, and trust in a financial relationship. When you work with an advisor, you share your goals, your concerns, and your full financial picture, and that takes faith. Our team members are family to me, and we love our family. Each time a client signs on with us, they join that family and the love it represents. And we must trust each other. You trust us to deliver what we have been delivering for the last 30 years. That trust is something we never take for granted.

That is the origin of our name, and we will be guided by three rules I have lived by for years, the same ones that were taped to the refrigerator of the Dyer household for decades.

The Three Rules

The three rules that will guide us.

  1. 1

    Do the right thing.

  2. 2

Treat others as you wish to be treated.

  3. 3

Do the best you can with the circumstances that you've been given.

They shape how we give advice, how we make decisions, and how we treat the people who place their trust in us.

Building for the next 100 years.

Looking ahead, I would like this company to be in business and serving your children and grandchildren 100 years from now. That is my goal for Trinity Private Wealth. Starting Trinity Private Wealth is the first step in building that legacy. We think of legacy as something you are already living through your values, your family, and your choices, and as something you may also hope to leave for others. We want to help you make financial decisions with both in view.

Partnering with RFG Advisory.

We are also excited to partner with RFG Advisory, a registered investment adviser and a technology-forward firm. One result you will see is a new client interface that I think you're going to enjoy, and that is in addition to everything you have today. After months of discussions, I have confidence in RFG Advisory's leadership and in the collaboration ahead, and I believe we're going to build something very special for you.

What will not change.

Our focus is a smooth transition for you. You will keep working with your current advisor and our current staff, and here is what will not change:

  • Your accounts will not change.
  • Your custodian, Pershing, will not change.
  • Our investment strategy will not change.
  • What you are invested in will not change.
  • Your fees will not change.
  • Your advisor and our support staff will not change.
